These general conditions govern the contractual relationship between the company DRICOLEG SARL, Limited Liability Company, whose registered office is located at Avenue Farhat Hached El Alia, Bizerte Tunisia (hereinafter referred to as “DRICOLEG SARL”) and any person visiting, making a purchase (hereinafter “the customer”) via the site accessible at the address  les-detecteurs.com  (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). DRICOLEG SARL and the Internet user will hereinafter be collectively referred to as “the Parties”.

The Parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by these General Conditions of Sale which are accessible on the Site.

These Conditions may be subject to modification. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable Conditions are those in force on the Site at the time the Customer’s order is registered.

The date these General Conditions are posted online constitutes the effective date.

Article 1: Contract

The customer declares to be 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to contract on the Site or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order.

The customer also declares that he has read and agrees to comply with these General Conditions.

To place an order, the Internet user has the option of first creating an account on the Site by providing information including their name, postal address, telephone number and email address, or of providing all of this information when confirming their order.

The customer is solely responsible for entering their information. DRICOLEG SARL cannot be held responsible for any errors concerning the Internet user’s personal information.

Automatic registration is considered proof of the nature and content of the order. DRICOLEG SARL confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation by DRICOLEG SARL of payment for the order, i.e. the date of validation of payment for orders paid online using the payment methods provided or the date of receipt of payment by other possible means. DRICOLEG SARL reserves the right to check and/or refuse an order if there is a previous dispute in progress or an abnormally high order level.

Article 2: Products

DRICOLEG SARL strives to describe and present the products sold on the Site with the greatest accuracy. However, certain product characteristics may be slightly modified, in particular to adapt to improvements made by our suppliers.

DRICOLEG SARL cannot be held responsible for any error of judgment related to the use of the Internet network. In view of this method of communication, it is possible that the product as displayed on the Internet user’s screen may differ slightly (particularly in color) from the product ordered.

As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time the customer consults the site remains dependent on the stock status at DRICOLEG SARL and, of course, at the suppliers.

Our sales catalog is continually updated and enriched based on information provided by our suppliers. Our catalog contains hundreds of items, some of which are not stored in our warehouses, which means that our offer is then subject to the availability of items from suppliers.

Only if an item is permanently out of stock at our suppliers will it be removed from our catalog. In other cases, a new order can be placed within a certain timeframe.

When there is unavailability of an ordered product, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice for the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.

Article 3: Prices

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in several currencies (TND, EUR, DZD) and include all applicable taxes. VAT is applied at the rate in effect at the time of the order. Any change in rate will be immediately reflected on the Site, but the rate applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time of validation of the order.

For all orders, product prices are exclusive of shipping costs, the price of certain packaging, and the price of other optional services subscribed to by the Internet user, which remain additional. These will be brought to the attention of the Internet user on the summary screen before final validation of the order.

For all orders that will be exported and whose delivery address is not located in Tunisia, the sales prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of shipping costs, excluding the price of certain packaging or other optional services and excluding any tax requested during the procedure for importing the products into the destination country (customs fees, VAT or others).

Article 4: Shipping costs

Shipping costs are free for all orders to Tunisia. Otherwise, a flat rate will be applied depending on the order’s destination.

DRICOLEG SARL reserves the right to offer free shipping, on an exceptional basis, for one customer, a group of customers or all customers.

Article 5: Payment

You have several payment methods available, offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:

– By bank transfer

For payment by bank transfer, your order will remain pending until receipt of proof of payment (to be sent to the email address: contact@les-detecteurs.com).

Article 6: Terms of delivery and collection of orders

All orders are generally shipped from our warehouse in Tunisia. However, some products are shipped directly by one of our partners.

Ordered products are shipped upon final validation of the order by our sales team. They are delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form, and it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure its accuracy. In the event that a package is returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

The buyer has the option to request that an invoice be issued to the billing address rather than the delivery address, by selecting the appropriate option on the order form. If the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a calling card in the mailbox, allowing the package to be collected at the location and within the time frame indicated.

If the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open upon delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the items. In the event of damage, it is imperative to refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused due to opening or damage). The buyer must also report any anomalies on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reservations, accompanied by his signature (damage, missing product, damaged package, broken products, etc.).

This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note. The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter within two working days of receiving the items, and send a copy of this letter by regular mail to the seller at the address indicated in the legal notices of the site.

Return of products is not accepted.

Article 7: Transfer of ownership

The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said products. However, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will only take place upon delivery and receipt of the said products by the purchaser.

Article 8: Responsibilities

The product descriptions in the databases of this Site have been entered based on information provided by the publishers. DRICOLEG SARL is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the purchaser. DRICOLEG SARL cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

The products offered comply with current French law. DRICOLEG SARL declines all responsibility if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition, etc.). DRICOLEG SARL is not responsible for the content of sites to which hyperlinks may refer from its own site.

Article 9: Guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity and legal guarantee of hidden defects.

The warranty entitles you to free labor and free replacement of defective parts, with any transportation of the device always being the buyer’s responsibility. The warranty does not entitle you to compensation in cash or in kind for damage resulting from the device being immobilized in the event of repair. All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.

Scope: The warranty covers all assembly and material defects attributable to the manufacturer. Consequently, the warranty does not apply if the damage or claims are the result of:

  • Improper use of the device
  • Transport carried out without precaution
  • Batteries leaking into the device
  • An impact of an external agent (fire, lightning, flooding, excessive humidity, etc.)
  • Wear and tear of equipment
  • Intervention on the electronic part

Applications: The benefit of the guarantee is acquired under the following conditions:

  • The repair must be carried out in our establishments or at our partners
  • The device number and warranty label must not be removed or modified.
  • Any warranty seals must not be broken or removed.

Article 10: Acceptance by the purchaser

These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general conditions.

These conditions are subject to change at any time without notice by DRICOLEG SARL. General conditions of sale updated on September 18, 2025.
